This company is really good with communication and their hair is really good. The knots have been bleached, the hair was washed, and flat ironed and the hair was still very soft and not tangled at all. Ive been wearing the hair for about 2 and a half weeks and it is soooo good. There's barely any shedding, almost none. It is very soft and it doesnt tangle. The pre-plucking was actually very well done and convenient. I will definitely be purchasing from here again! I only had a slight delivery problem and the hair did not arrive at the time it said it would but I don't blame the company for it.
